We rent our hall for many occasions such as weddings, cabarets, and many other social events. With the right decoration, the Callie's pad can be turned into a beautiful banquet hall.

The Caledonian Banquet hall is perfect for weddings, cabaret's and other special events. It is wheelchair accessible, and it can accomodate any number of people as it can be sectioned to form smaller spaces.

                         The Caledonian Banquet Hall

*When you rent our banquet hall, it is required for you to obtain your own liquor license. There is no corkage charge, however you provide your own liquor, mix, and glasses. We supply ice!

*You may hire your own bartenders, or hire ours for $12/hour.

The following is included in the hall rental price:
-Podium
-Microphone System
-Tables and Chairs (we have enough to accomodate 600 people)
-Extension Cord
-Ice
-White Curain (covers the south wall)
-White linen table clothes (only available if you cater with us)

The following is available for rent:
-Wine glasses: $30/100 glasses 
-Large Foster Fridge: $25/day
-Stage (24'x10'x3'): $100/day
-Black Drapery (up to 70'x 8')- $25/day

*Please note that the banquet hall rental does not include a kitchen rental. Please inquire to Donna at 525-8171 for more information on renting the kitchen. 

*Our banquet hall rental includes set up the day before, and clean up/gift opening the day after.

Costs:
Hall rental with 100 or more full meals catered: $400                 
Hall rental with 75-100 full meals catered: $600                         
Hall rental with 50-75 full meals catered: $700
Hall rental without catering: $800

*Please note that our hall prices will change as of January 2011. The new prices are as follows:
Hall rental with 100 or more full meals catered: $450                
Hall rental with 75-100 full meals catered: $680                         
Hall rental with 50-75 full meals catered: $790
Hall rental without catering: $900

Our Policies:
*We require your final numbers 72 hours before the event.  
*No outside caterers are permitted.
*A $200 deposit is required at your time of booking. Your deposit is refundable up to 2 months after your time of booking.
*A damage deposit may be required at the Callie Club's discretion.
*A contract must be signed at your time of booking.
