The KMC Banquet hall is perfect for weddings, cabaret's and other special events. It is wheelchair accessible, and it can accomodate any number of people as it can be sectioned to form smaller spaces. (Tel: 525-8171)

The KMC Banquet Hall

*When you rent our banquet hall, we can cater the liquor for you or you can obtain your own liquor license. There is no corkage charge, however you provide your own liquor, mix, and glasses. We supply ice!

*You may hire your own bartenders, or hire ours for $12/hour.

The following is included in the hall rental price:
-Podium
-Microphone System
-Tables and Chairs (we have enough to accomodate 600 people)
-Free Wireless
-Ice
-White linen table clothes (only available if you cater with us)

The following is available for rent:
-Wine glasses: $30/100 glasses 
-Large Foster Fridge: $25/day
-Stage $30/section, 40 square feet per section
-Black Drapery (up to 70'x 8')- $25/day
-Black Chair Cover: $1.00 each - (300 )

*If no other event has booked the hall at least two weeks prier to your rental date, your hall rental will include set up the day before, and clean up/ gift opening the day after.

Costs:
Hall rental with 200 or more full meals catered: $475                
Hall rental with 150-200 full meals catered: $570                         
Hall rental with 100-150 full meals catered: $665
Hall rental without catering: $950

Our Policies:
*We require your final numbers 72 hours before the event.
*Payment in full for hall rental is due 48 hours before the event  
*No outside caterers are permitted.
*A $200 deposit is required at your time of booking. Your deposit is refundable up to 2 months after your time of booking.
*A damage deposit may be required at the Callie Club's discretion.
*A contract must be signed at your time of booking.
